In the field of production technology, as well, there is also a need to act. Innovative technologies can be used here for saving energy and implementing resource-efficient production.As part of this development priority, which is still being established, INPRO is tackling energy savings in paintshop facilities as a first step. Here are the highest energy consumptions in the vehicule manufacturing plants. By analysing operating paintshop facilities in combination with innovative approaches, potential savings have been identified and evaluated for the various energy sources.
