The joint research project “Production and Recycling Strategies for Electromobility for the Material Recycling of Lightweight Structures in Fiber Plastic Composite Hybrid Construction – ReLei” (funding code 02PJ2800-02PJ2808, successful completion in May), funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research and awarded as a lighthouse project, has been nominated for the German Raw Material Efficiency Award 2018. inpro was responsible for the numerical and experimental process and structure analysis within the research network and virtually depicted the complete process chain of foam moulding. The prize is awarded by the Federal Ministry of Economics and Energy. The award ceremony will take place at the conference “Using raw materials efficiently – successful on the market” on 31 January 2019 at the BMWi Conference Centre in Berlin.
