Digital Factory Twin

The digital factory twin includes multiple components generated and managed in different phases of the factory life cycle, using different models, data formats, and software systems. inpro develops methods, algorithms and tools to connect and feedback operational data collected in the factory into digital twin models, using cloud technologies, AI procedures and semantic technologies such as AutomationML in order to connect the world of PLM and the digital factory to the physical world of factory operation. The integration of engineering models and the various existing data sources is a key ingredient in integrating the components of the digital twin throughout its lifecycle, covering the phases of engineering, simulation and validation, commissioning, rampup, and operation. To cover new and future requirements, existing engineering and simulation systems are being enhanced and further developed continuously.
