Multirobot cell planning 2.0

The latest features at a glance

ginero 3.1 Release

ginero is a plugin for Process Simulate for the planning and virtual validation of multi-robot cells. With the latest release, the complexity for system planners has been significantly reduced once again.

A new configuration interface offers advanced sequence settings and allows flexible customization of interference volumes for collision recording. It is still possible to automatically create all interference volumes for a sequence, but interference volumes can now also be added or omitted by simply clicking on them.

Simply clicking on interference zones, signals and operations in the Gantt chart opens the new detailed view, which provides further information and actions. This view can be used, for example, to move robots to the selected interference zones or operations, making it much easier to search for collisions in an operation.

All robot signals and their inputs and outputs are mapped in a new signal matrix that clearly displays signals between robots. Both the automatic documentation and the signal matrix are available as Excel exports and can therefore be adapted at a later date.

Additional context menu entries provide support for advanced use cases, such as the deliberate ignoring of interference zones or the management of operation groups.

The installation and documentation are available in multiple languages. The documentation can now also be accessed online directly from the software for the current language.

Attention system planners!

We know how iterative and laborious the planning process around robot paths is, so that cycle intervals can be adhered to without errors. If you are not yet familiar with ginero, take the opportunity for a free demo.
